- Documentation of any social security, pensions, or military retirement pay
- Copy most recent statements for all investment/retirement accounts
- A letter of explanation for derogatory credit, if applicable
- Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, State or Military Issued ID card)
- Copies of 2 most recent complete personal tax returns, include all schedules, K-1s and all referenced worksheets (if self employed)
- Copies of 2 most recent complete business tax returns (if applicable), include all schedules, K-1s and all referenced worksheets
Additional Documentation for Mortgage Application
- Copy of most recent Mortgage Statement for all properties
- Copy of Homeowners Insurance for all properties
- Copy of Real Estate Tax Statements for all properties
- If this is a purchase please provide a copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement
- Copies of any Rental Agreements for all investment properties, if applicable
