Getting a loan at Raymond Federal Bank is easy, follow these steps to get started.

  4. Gather the documents from the check list below (This information is not required to receive a loan estimate.  However, in order to be approved the data will be required.)

Required Document Checklist

For all loans:

  • Copy of last 2 years W-2’s and or 1099’s
  • Last 2 month’s bank statements, all accounts, all pages
  • Last 2 month’s pay-stubs
  • Documentation of any social security, pensions, or military retirement pay
  • Copy most recent statements for all investment/retirement accounts
  • A letter of explanation for derogatory credit, if applicable
  • Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, State or Military Issued ID card)
  • Copies of 2 most recent complete personal tax returns, include all schedules, K-1s and all referenced worksheets (if self employed)
  • Copies of 2 most recent complete business tax returns (if applicable), include all schedules, K-1s and all referenced worksheets

Additional Documentation for Mortgage Application

  • Copy of most recent Mortgage Statement for all properties
  • Copy of Homeowners Insurance for all properties
  • Copy of Real Estate Tax Statements for all properties
  • If this is a purchase please provide a copy of the Purchase and Sale Agreement
  • Copies of any Rental Agreements for all investment properties, if applicable
